So...this started out as "I wanna draw a merman pinup!" and turned into a bit of a water/beach study instead. Between the water, the foreshortening etc...my brain is dead. I'm not completely happy with it, but I don't think I will ever be as any artist would be. I could keep tinkering with it here and there and I don't want to over-work it and ruin it so I stopped here. Trying to find a happy medium with my style here. I don't want to stay too anime, or go too western and I want to keep some realistic tones in there as well without going photo-realistic with it.
I need to start spending more time on stuff as I did with this.
